What is Nafliva Chocolate?

Nafliva Chocolate is formulated and developed by scientists with the combination of natural ingredients in the proprietary ratio for managing body fat and supporting a healthier liver*

It is herbal based, tasteful, and scientifically proven Nafliva Chocolate for a healthier liver with other advantages*.

Can I take the product?

Make sure that you are not allergic to any of those ingredients. May consult your physician/doctor/healthcare professional if you are pregnant or nursing, or you have other health conditions.  May consult your child’s physician/doctor if you intend to feed it to your child.

How should I take Nafliva Chocolate?

Suggested use:  take 1 piece after breakfast and 1 piece after dinner.  Do not take more than four (4) pieces daily.

How should I store Nafliva Chocolate?

Please store in room temperature and dry place.

What are the ingredients in Nafliva Chocolate?

Fine milk thistle powder, purified Pu’er tea extract (Deepure tea), lecithin, choline, vitamin D3(as cholecalciferol), organic semi-sweet chocolate, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, and peppermint oil.

Can I take your function food after the expiration date has passed?

Our Quality Assurance department assures product integrity, purity, and accuracy of contents up to its expiration date. We can no longer guarantee potency and quality after the expiration date has passed. 

Shipping & Handling

How long will it take to ship my package/products?

We have a regular 3-6 Business day domestic shipping and 1.5 to 3.5 weeks international shipping options. Holiday and weather conditions apply.

My product got damaged in transit or I did not receive my order. What do I do?

Once parcels are collected from Nafliva warehouse, they are then property of USPS or shipping carrier. Nafliva is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.

Will you notify me when my order has shipped?

You will first receive an email confirmation when we have received your order, and when your order has been shipped.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes. When you go through the order checkout process, you will be able to enter separate addresses for billing and shipping. 

What is the dimension and counts?

The shipping measures are as follows:

1 box - 12'' X 8.5"  X 1.4", and 0.56lbs

2 boxes - 15" X 9" X  2", and 1.11lbs

3 boxes - 10" X 7" X 7", and 1.9lbs

4 boxes - 10" X 7" X 7" and 2.1lbs

I case (24 boxes) - 23” X 9.9” X 9.3”, and 14lbs

Orders

Can I still order a product if it’s out of stock?

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be notified if an item is backordered when placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If for any reason you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email contact@nafliva.comIf an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.

How can I check my order status?

You can sign in to check your order status.

Will you notify me when my order has been placed/paid for?

You will first receive an email confirming your order, and then another email notifying you when your order has been shipped.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes. When you go through the order checkout process, you will be able to enter separate addresses for billing and shipping. 

What if I place my order online and I do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours?

In that case, the payment might not have gone through, or there was an issue with the order. Please email us at contact@nafliva.com

Can I return a product?

Your satisfaction with shopping at Nafliva.com is our priority. Of course: Yes. However, as a function food is the return condition may apply, please find the guideline for the details in our Return Policy.

Can I pay with two different credit cards?
We apologize, but we are keeping it to one form of payment at this time.
 
Why is my credit card not authorizing?

In this case, it can usually be that there are insufficient funds, your billing information was incorrect, or your bank did not authorize this payment for undisclosed reasons. If you find that none of these reasons apply to you, please email us at contact@nafliva.com.

How can I get a copy of my receipt?

You should have one emailed to you upon payment of your order, with a confirmation that your order has been placed.

I don’t like giving out my credit card information online. Is there another way I can pay?

You can try PayPal as an option (free account and it’s confidential).
